Receive a Cheque Book from the Bank

Use the option Cheque Book from the Master Menu. इससे Receive Cheques form खुलेगा.

बैंक से प्राप्त चैक बुक की जानकारी इस फॉर्म में भर दें और Add बटन क्लिक करें. Enter the starting and ending cheque numbers for the cheque book received from the bank and click on Add.

एक बार में 100 चेक डाल सकते हैं. सौ से अधिक चेक चढ़ाने के लिये इस प्रक्रिया को 100 चेक डालकर दौराएँ.
The system will accept only 100 cheques at a time. To add more than 100 cheques repeat the process in steps of 100 cheques each.

ऐसा करने से प्रोग्रम में चेक रेकॉर्ड हो जाएँगे.
This will add these blank cheques to the cheque master.


इन चेक्स की स्थिति जानने के लिये Checklist मेनु में Cheques को चुने.
The list of cheques will be available for monitoring in the Checklist menu.
