Game of Sudoku is a clean, free Sudoku game for Android with Easy, Medium and Hard levels. Every puzzle is checked so it has exactly one solution, mistakes light up as soon as a number clashes, and counters show what is left to place. One small banner ad, no sign-up, no in-app purchases.
Simple to start, fair to play, careful about the details.
Every puzzle is run through a solver before you see it, so there is always one correct answer and never a need to guess. The given numbers are laid out symmetrically, so the grid always looks balanced.
Pick a level and tap New. Easy gives you the most numbers, Hard the fewest. A counter shows how many cells are still empty, and the digit counters show how many of each number are on the board.
Put a number where it clashes with its row, column or 3x3 box and it turns bold pink straight away, so mistakes do not snowball. Play fully offline, with no account needed.

Game of Sudoku is free because of one small banner ad at the bottom of the screen, served by Google AdMob. It never covers the grid and never interrupts a game. Where the law asks for it (EEA and UK) you are asked for consent first.
