Here the pronoun - it - does not indicate any specific person or object. Used in this form of it is called an impersonal pronoun and verb used in this sentence is known as an impersonal verb.
इन वाक्यों में it (pronoun) किसी विशेष व्यक्ति या वस्तु की ओर संकेत नहीं कर रहा है. इस प्रकार से उपयोग किये गये pronoun को Impersonal Pronoun कहा जाता है, और वाक्य में इसके साथ के verb को impersonal verb कहते हैं.
